If you are not completely satisfied with your Bless Box subscription, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time.
In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to contact Bless Box prior to the renewal date on the 30th/31st of each month.*

If your membership has already renewed and you'd like to cancel an upcoming shipment, you must request cancellation three or more business days before the 18th of the month to be eligible for a refund. Please note that you may be asked to confirm cancellation or to clarify your account details.
IF YOU ARE NOT CANCELED PRIOR TO THE EIGHTEENTH DAY OF A CALENDAR MONTH, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH'S SHIPMENT. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.

*Renewals occur on the LAST DAY of the calendar month, in advance of your next shipment.
Quarterly (3-month), Biannual (6-month), & Annual (12-month) Subscriptions
Please note: if you are not canceled prior to the 18th day of the calendar month before your first shipment in the renewal period, there will be a cancellation fee of $10 per remaining box after the first box in a period has shipped. For example, if you signed up for a quarterly subscription in early January, you would need to contact us by March 31st to cancel the next three boxes. If you contacted us to cancel after April's shipment, there would be a $20 cancellation fee ($10 May + $10 June) resulting in a total refund of $52.98 ($72.98 for 2 boxes - $20). Quarterly, biannual, and annual subscriptions offer lower monthly rates in exchange for an agreement to receive 3, 6, or 12 boxes and cannot be canceled halfway through the current period without penalty.
