If you would like to receive a refund, you must request it prior to the start of order processing and shipping (the 19th of the month). Refunds are unavailable for boxes that have already shipped.

Please note: Refunds are unavailable for extended 3, 6 or 12 month subscriptions that have already begun shipping. If you have been renewed for an extended plan, you can receive a refund as long as your first box has not been shipped.
