Monthly Renewing Subscriptions
If you would like to receive a refund, you must request it prior to the start of order processing and shipping: by the 15th at the latest. Allow 1-3 business days for us to process that request. Refunds are unavailable for boxes that have already shipped, or are set to ship in 3 business days or less.
Cratejoy subscribers: if you cancel your subscription through Cratejoy, you must notify Support in order to be sure your receive your final box, or to receive a refund if applicable.

Quarterly (3-month), Biannual (6-month), & Annual (12-month) Renewing Subscriptions
Full refunds are unavailable for extended 3, 6 or 12 month subscriptions that have already begun shipping. If you have been renewed for an extended plan, you can receive a full refund as long as your first box has not been shipped. There will be a cancellation fee of $10 per remaining box after the first box in a period has shipped. You can read more details here.
